At SMMQG, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where order cancellation is necessary. Please review our policy carefully to understand the guidelines and conditions for canceling orders.
1. Social Media Services, Virtual Numbers, WhatsApp CRM, and WhatsApp API
- Due to the digital nature of these services, orders for social media services, virtual numbers, WhatsApp CRM, and WhatsApp API cannot be canceled once processed.
- Refunds and replacements are not available for these services.
2. Graphics Designing Services
- Orders for graphics design can be canceled only before the design work has commenced.
- Once the design process has started, the order is non-refundable, though minor changes can be requested as per our revision policy.
3. Marketing Software
- Orders for marketing software can only be canceled before the software is delivered.
- After delivery, cancellations are not allowed. However, if there are any issues with the software, a replacement may be offered as per our replacement policy.
4. E-commerce Mart Orders
- Orders for products from our e-commerce mart can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement within 15 days as per our returns and exchange policy.
5. Printing Services
- Orders for printing services can be canceled before the final design is approved.
- After approval and initiation of the printing process, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Web Development Services
- Cancellation for web development projects is allowed only before the project has started.
- Once work on the project has commenced, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. However, project changes may be requested within the timeline agreed upon.
